HBCUs Brave Bomb Threats at Start of Black History Month: Bowie State University

Across the nation, about two dozen HBCUs have been the target of back-to-back bomb threats on Monday and Tuesday, activating alert systems and sparking confusion, campus lockdowns and concern from students and communities alike.
